Refund policy

Returns

Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Write to us on WhatsApp or email before you send it back, and we share the return address.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, because we make them after you order.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a check, we refund the item price to the original payment method within 7 working days. Shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.
